Description
Mozart is unanimously considered to be amongst the greatest and most influential composers ever. His output was prolific, and many of his works are considered pinnacles of their respective genres. Even today, his biography is the subject of much fascination and speculation, particularly with regard to the cause of his death at the age of just 35.
These canons are typical of Mozart’s lighter, mischievous side: the text of Difficile lectu is essentially nonsensical, containing several puns and ‘in-jokes’, whilst the reader will require little imagination in order to effect a translation of Leck mich im Arsch!
