If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. In the event of a payment problem, if no attempt has been made by the customer to resolve the problem, we reserve the right to cancel the order after 7 days.

We realise that the internet is based on trust, so we make security our number one priority. All of our payments are processed through PayPal, trusted worldwide as one of the most secure methods of online payments.
You may cancel the order at any time before shipping has commenced (this date varies with destination) but only by contacting us on 07765 399170 (International: +44 7765 399170). We will refund the money paid to us less an administration charge (which covers amongst other things our payment to the credit card companies) of £10 or 2% of the total price paid to us whichever is the higher.

Return of goods that are not faulty
We regret we cannot accept the return of any used or personalised goods. But other goods if in original packaging and fit for re-sale may be returned and you have the right to do so within 7 days of delivery to you for a full refund by giving us notice in the way set out above.
All returns must be made at your cost within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we have received and checked the goods we will offer you an exchange or offer a refund to your credit card within 14 days.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within one working day of the day the order has been placed. Postage is calculated automatically at checkout and a handling fee of £1 is payable per order.
Items are sent via Royal Mail (1st class within the UK, airmail to other countries) and are subject to their terms and conditions. You are responsible for your order once the package arrives at the supplied delivery address. We cannot be held responsible if the package(s) goes missing once delivered. If any goods are received faulty or damaged on receipt, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving them (via email or telephone) quoting your order reference. We cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive with the customer due to errors made by the customer when entering their address details.
